It was a pleasure shooting Cotto’s fine food and meeting the master behind the food, Hans Schweitzer. The smell and taste was incredible.
Their website says this about Hans status as a leading chef and chocolatier, “Hans is a twice-Gold Medallist at the Chef’s Olympics, Hans has amassed an impressive repertoire of culinary skills, including training as a Confiseur and Chocolatier in Switzerland and Paris.”
Due to the harsh light on the day we decided to shoot with strobes to get consistency and complete control of the light.
